Kingsbarn's Topflight Asset Management Team


KB Property Advisors ("KBPA") is the Licensed asset and property management arm for Kingsbarn and serves as the corporate broker for the firm. The 11-person team, headed by Adam Drake, is the engine that keeps Kingsbarn's operating properties running smoothly and at peak efficiency.

While KBPA is primarily an asset manager, the group also acts as the property manager for many of the company's single-tenant properties. KBPA also serves as the property manager for several investments that reside in southern Nevada where Kingsbarn's headquarters is located. The KBPA team takes a very active and vigilant approach with each of the asset assignments for which it is responsible.

The Kingsbarn Asset Management Team prepares monthly operating reports and initiates owner distributions for each of the company's syndicated offerings, joint ventures, and corporate holdings.
